Happy Hump Day, my lovely readers! Here’s a look I’ve been holding onto for a while. Last semester, I went to a Met Gala pajama party. Yup, you read that right. The theme was essentially fancy loungewear. Since I was actually a huge fan of the look I went with, I wanted to share it with you all.

True to my style, I kept things pretty grungy. I got this slip to wear to my 20th birthday party, and wore my black tights because ya girl was freezing. My flannel kind of acted like a wrap. I loved the way it looked with the dress! I wore my black Timberlands and dark lipstick, then partied the night away.

I looooove theme parties! It’s so fun to get creative and go all out with your look. Obviously, I love to play dress-up. The birthday party that I wore this slip to originally was 1920s themed, and my apartment threw an awesome 1970s party last year. I showed up to a Paris-themed mixer dressed as a French fry to find that my Little had done the same! That’s some sorority magic in my opinion.

What’s the best theme party you’ve been to, and what did you wear? Let me know in the comments!

bite beauty's matte crème lip crayon (in glacé)

Review, Cruelty-FreeKristenComment

Hey cuties! I have another cruelty-free beauty review for you today. I got a birthday present from Sephora back in November (thanks, VIB rewards!) with a bunch of goodies from Bite Beauty. I’ve been wanting to give them a try since I wrote an article about them for a past internship, and learned about how cool they were. They’re a certified clean brand on Sephora’s website. Today, I’ll be reviewing Bite’s Matte Crème Lip Crayon in Glacé.

I’d never used a lip crayon this thin before, so I was a little nervous about giving this a try. I started by lining my lips, which I never do (I tried once and it was a fail), and continued coloring in my lips from the outside in, playing with the angles of the crayon a little bit. Because it was so fine, I could use as little or as much as I wanted, and touch up little areas. I had a lot of control, which I loved.

Hands down, my favorite thing about this lip crayon is the color. I did my nails a similar color when I took these photos, so I was thriving. I really love the way this color looks with my skin and features. I’ve been looking for a neutral-ish berry pink color like this for a while, so I’m really happy this was in my birthday present.

As much as I love this color, this formula does have its drawbacks. For starters, I don’t find it as hydrating as its description boasts, but I also haven’t tried it with my Agave Lip Balm yet, so stay tuned! The dryness made it difficult to reapply. Since my lips were a little too matte and dry, the crayon would sometimes snag or clump.

This is also supposed to be a long-lasting formula, and it definitely is, but I find that the color fades and changes into something more tan, and I have to reapply it more often to make sure the color remains the same. It dries out like a lip stain, which I really don’t like.

Though I’m hesitant to fully endorse this formula, I personally think the color and precision of the lip crayon are worth it over the dryness and fading. I definitely want to give more Bite Beauty products a try, like the Amuse Bouche Lipstick and Agave Lip Balm that were also in my birthday present. Stay tuned for more cruelty-free beauty reviews coming your way!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day, loves! I hope everyone had a fun holiday weekend. I went to a couple parties and spent some time with some people I’m ~lucky~ to have in my life.

Speaking of things I’m grateful for, where would I be without my girl Halsey? If you haven’t already gathered from the amount I wear this sweatshirt, I’m a huge Halsey fan. She also happens to make amazing, comfy merchandise that I wear to death. I got some yucky stuff on this sweatshirt not too long ago, but I went to town with some stain remover and now she’s as good as new :’)

Another piece of clothing that I’m lucky to have is my fuzzy leggings, which I also post about way too much! I wore jeans for the first time in a while last week, and I was reminded of why I’m always in leggings. Jeans make me feel so restricted and uncomfortable, even if they do look cute! Now that the weather’s getting nicer, I’ll probably start transitioning into lighter leggings and my denim shorts. But these babies will always be a ride or die for me.

I topped off this look with my black Timbs, Killer Queen perfume, and Sunice Sunglasses. I’m so happy to be an ambassador for this awesome brand! If you’re planning on snagging these adorable sunnies, use my code CLUNKSTER25 for 25% off your order ;)

shea moisture's 100% virgin coconut oil daily hydration conditioner review

Cruelty-FreeKristenComment

Hey beauties! I have a new review for you! I truly love doing these reviews, I just tend to take more time with them because I like to give you guys the most accurate information. I like to give things enough time to ~do their magic~.

Today, I’m reviewing Shea Moisture’s 100% Virgin Coconut Oil Daily Hydration Conditioner. I ran out of Lush’s Jungle a while ago, so I decided to switch things up a bit and try something from Shea Moisture. I reviewed their 100% Virgin Coconut Oil Daily Hydration Glow Priming Moisturizer a while back, and I loved it so much! So when I saw this conditioner at CVS, I knew it would be just as good, and I was so right.

One of the things that really stands out to me whenever I use Shea Moisture products is their amazing list of ingredients! I love cruelty-free brands, but Shea Moisture is free of so many things I didn’t even know were bad for you. I added them to my list of things to learn about, so I’ll let you know what I find out! This conditioner is free of sulfates, parabens, mineral oil, propylene glycol, phthalates, and petrolatum. So many funny words.

Anyway, I’m so happy I gave this conditioner a try! Shea Moisture did not let me down. I really love the pump design of this bottle. It’s really easy to use in the shower. It also smells freakin’ amazing. You all know how much I love my scents, but I especially love them when I’m showering. It completes the experience! And who doesn’t love coconut?

Scents aside, this conditioner really works. My hair is thick and gets dry really easily, but this conditioner does an awesome job of keeping it super soft and hydrated. Conditioner tends to make my hair greasy, but Shea Moisture’s doesn’t. This conditioner checks off all my boxes and more. I sound like a Bachelor contestant.

I highly recommend this conditioner. Since I’m running out of shampoo, I think I’m gonna try some from Shea Moisture next! Have you tried any of their products before? Let me know in the comments!

Happy hump day, cutie pies! What have you done with the first half of this week? I’ve watched a ton of reality TV and did so much laundry. I also blew a fuse in my kitchen. That was fun.

I got this sweater at dELiA*s a whiiiile back and I’ve been obsessed with it ever since. It’s super comfortable and really, really heavy, which is perfect for the colder temperatures of this lovely season (by the way, it was in the 60s in Boston for the past two days, but now we’re back down to 30 degrees. What a tease.). These spikes are just so cool. This sweater is relatively old, so they’re loose and falling off a little, which is sad. But you know I’m gonna wear it to absolute death.

I wore my black Timbs with my fuzzy leggings. I recently learned that I should be hand-washing these particular leggings, and I wonder if that’ll make them last longer. I’m experimenting with one of my pairs, so stay tuned!

My hair was in a bun when I took this photo because I was having a horrible hair day! The bun looked cuter in person, but in this picture, I look like a goth founding father. Life is like that sometimes. But I actually put a ton of effort into my makeup because a sweater this extra deserves makeup that’s just as extra. It’s go big or go home with this beauty. I don’t think I’ve ever not worn my Kat Von D lipstick with it!

Tell me about your favorite sweater in the comments!

Hey cuties! I hope your February is going well so far. My sorority sisters and I watched the Super Bowl together last night, and we had so much fun! I truly don’t know what I’d do without them. They made the most boring game in the world so funny.

This olive button-down shirt is one of my favorites, but as I say so often, I don’t wear it enough! I think it’s because one time I underestimated how heavy the fabric was and wore it on a way too hot day. I showed up somewhere and didn’t realize until later that I had the biggest pit stains! Now I make sure to wear it when I know I’ll be in a non-sweaty environment, which is pretty unpredictable. I can’t believe I just typed that sentence. I should start wearing it more this winter.

I wore my fleece-lined leggings and tan Timberlands, which I’ve been living in lately. I did some light makeup and straightened my hair. These glasses are from Sunice Glasses, too! They’re called The Club, and I love them so much. They’re similar to a pair of sunglasses I used to have that broke, may they rest in peace. Check out all of the sunglasses on Sunice’s website, and be sure to use my code, CLUNKSTER25, for 25% off your order! Then DM me and tell me which ones you got!!!

This week, I challenge you to wear something you haven’t worn in a while. If it doesn’t spark joy, Marie Kondo it! Have a great day!

Happy February! Can you believe we’re already in the second month of 2019? Time really does fly. I don’t mean to rush things, but I’m really looking forward to when I can wear shorts again. It’s been in the single digits in Boston lately, so I’ve staying bundled up and trying to remind myself why I continue to live in the Northeast.

This look is from a simpler, warmer time when I didn’t need to wear sleeves. I decided to style my comfy Nirvana pajama pants with my simple black tank and black Converse. This is one of the most comfortable looks I wear. I highly recommend utilizing your pajamas in every aspect of your wardrobe. Keeping things all black and lowkey really make the Nirvana logo pop. I braided my hair back into a ponytail and didn’t wear makeup. I’m pretty sure it was still too hot to wear makeup when I took this picture. Remember those days?

I’m really excited to talk about these sunglasses! Remember that pair of round frames I used to wear a lot? Well guess who left them on the T? Thankfully, Sunice Glasses reached out and I’m now offering a discount code for their website! Use CLUNKSTER25 on your order for 25% on your order of gorgeous sunnies. This style is called The Retro, and it has matte black rims. I’ve never seen that before, and I’m absolutely obsessed. I would highly recommend checking them out.

Nope. None. Well, that’s an exaggeration. I have a ton of pairs of Charlotte Russe jeans in all different colors that I tell myself I’ll need to wear at some point in my life. Sometimes, I do! Just two months ago I wore my blue jeans for a photoshoot for work, and last Halloween I wore my tan jeans when I was Rey from Star Wars. But aside from when I take them out to play, my jeans always stay in the chest of clothes that I only wear once in a blue moon.

I don’t have anything against jeans, I’ve just always had a problem finding some that fit me perfectly. I’ve been on the hunt for a good pair of baggy boyfriend jeans for a while now with no luck (if you know of a good pair, tell me in the comments!). I have a small waist, big butt, and thick thighs, so jeans just aren’t comfortable. I stockpiled all those pairs of Charlotte Russe jeans because they fit me the best.

But skinny jeans aren’t as cute as they once were, and I obviously prefer leggings. I wore this look to a Denim themed mixer (the last one I ever went to, RIP), and I’m pretty proud of how I dressed the theme while not dressing it at all. Believe me, I was really making the effort to wear jeans, but I was just thinking about having to peel them off of me when I got home later that night, and I knew that leggings were the way to go. I was so so comfortable and extremely warm! These fleece lined leggings will have my heart forever, to be honest.

I wore my black turtleneck and black boots, and last but not least, my denim vest. I got this from dELiA*s a while back and I’m so disappointed that I haven’t worn it more, so shoutout to our social chairs for bringing it back from the dead!

As far as my hair and makeup went, I kept things fun and basic with a half-up-half-down look and some pretty neutral makeup. I wore one of my new favorite lipstick colors that I’ll be reviewing soon!

What’s your favorite mixer theme? Let me know in the comments (and I’ll tell Gamma’s social chair)!

Happy Hump Day! I hope so badly that you’re staying toasty in this arctic weather. I don’t know why I made the decision to move to a cold place instead of running away to Florida or California, but you know what they say, the grass is always greener. You guys are probably sick of hearing me complain about the weather by now.

One way I stay cozy in these sub-zero temperatures is by wearing this sweatshirt and never taking it off, ever. I got it for Christmas last year and I wear it literally all the time. I love it so much because it’s Halsey merch, but also because it’s so big and cozy, which keeps me nice and warm. I like to layer shirts underneath it too so I’m extra warm.

Another is by wearing my fuzzy leggings to death! I have a gazillion pairs because they’re seriously a ride or die item for me. They’re high-waisted too, which gives me another half layer on my torso. Every little barrier against the cold helps!

My Timbs are really great in the cold too since they have a ton of traction against the snow. They’re really weather-resistant, too. And they go with everything. Timberlands take up a chamber of my heart.

I style this sweatshirt and leggings in a lot of different ways, but this is definitely one of my favorites. My Kat Von D lipstick just looks awesome with this sweatshirt, so I love to wear them together a lot. What are some winter items you can’t live without? Let me know in the comments!

Happy 2019, my loves! 2018 was the year of apologies, so instead of apologizing for being MIA again, I’m going to promise to post more this year! Now that I’m a college graduate (just typing those words made me shiver), I’ll be using the time that I would usually be spending on homework on the blog! Please hold me to that promise.

I hope everyone had an awesome New Year’s Eve! I spent mine with friends that I haven’t seen in a long time, which made me really happy. I’m usually not a big fan of New Year’s Eve, so it was really nice to start the new year off right!

I’m also a huge fan of my New Year’s Eve look! I wore this black crop top and little black skirt, neither of which I’ve worn in a long time. It was nice to take them out for a spin! At first, I wanted to go super glamorous, but I ended up keeping things pretty lowkey. I straightened my hair and kept my makeup pretty neutral, except for my lip color, which was a darker pink. I’ll be sharing a review of it soon, so stay tuned!

Hey, angels! I hope this week has been awesome for everyone. I’ve been a little stressed with finals and life itself, but I’m pushing through, one nap at a time! In the meantime, I figured I’d share a look I’ve been wearing basically non-stop for a while now. I’ve been ridiculously into bodysuits lately, and I always love my high-waisted leggings.

I haven’t talked a whole lot about my new favorite sweater yet! I got it on a trip to the Duluth Trading Company’s headquarters in Burlington, MA with my dad! It’s where he gets a lot of his flannels, so a couple of my flannels are from there. I got this sweater in an extra large, so it was comfy and cozy. The next size up was way too big. But it’s so warm and comfy and I can’t take it off! I’ll make any excuse to wear it and I have been.

I went with my lighter Timberlands to add some ~color~ to the look. My hair is a little curly because I left it in a bun overnight! I really love when that happens.

Hey loves! I hope this has been a great week for you all so far. Here’s another look I’ve been holding onto for a bit. Sometimes I miss my old room :( My dad got me this awesome shirt two Christmases ago, so I love to wear it when I see him to make him happy. Isn’t it so cool?!

I don’t know why, but I don’t usually wear outerwear with this shirt. I decided to wear my ~beautiful blue flannel~ and I loved how it looked! I wore my Converse, which I think looked really cool with the black and white of the shirt and shorts.

I always say I need to experiment more with my wardrobe, but I never fully realize how much I need to until I try something new and it works. I went Black Friday shopping the other day and didn’t get one black thing. Not one! I even got a pastel pink sweater. I usually don’t even try things on if they’re not a more muted color, but I really love everything I bought. Maybe I’ll make a post about it!

Hello, my loves! I’m so sorry I’ve been MIA lately. I got locked out of my website! But I’m back and it’s lit. I’m working on putting out an e-newsletter soon so I’ll actually be able to tell you things like that. Stay tuned! Also, please excuse that some of my photos recently have been crappy iPhone pictures, my camera has decided to betray me and I’m rather pissed. It’s going great over here guys.

Here’s one of my favorite looks of all time. You know how I always say when you look good you feel good? This is one of those outfits that makes me feel freakin’ awesome.

This is actually a shirt I got for my uncle a couple years ago, so I stole it back when he passed away and turned it into a dress! I think he’d be proud. It’s so comfortable and the perfect balance of glam and casual, especially when you style it the right way. I like to wear my black Timberlands, my thigh-high boots, or these heels with this dress.

Since I was going out when I wore this look, I wore some glam makeup with my favorite lipstick of all time (sidenote: I lost my lipstick at a different party and literally cried. I just got another one for my birthday and I feel complete again). I slicked my hair back into a high pony and was ready to take on whatever the night threw at me.

And it was actually a really fun night! My friend and I went to a party and didn’t know anyone, so we left and ran around our neighborhood for a little bit. I got Five Guys which makes me the happiest girl in the world.

Hey hey hey! I hope you all had a lovely week. It was my 21st birthday on Wednesday! I feel very old, let’s not talk about it. Instead, let’s talk about the cute outfit I wore when I went out to dinner with my parents to a ~fancy restaurant~. This is one of my favorite looks lately! I wore it to HerCampus’ College Fashion Week (which was so fun I need to dedicate an entire post to it sometime soon). It doesn’t look it, but it’s actually really warm, so it’s perfect for dressier events when I don’t wanna freeze completely.

Call me Steve Jobs, my black turtleneck is my ride or die. I tucked it into my denim skirt and wore my black tights. I also wore my new grey sweater, aka the love of my life, which made things extra cozy and made the look juuust a bit more casual.

For College Fashion Week, I wore this look with my beautiful black heels, but when I went out to dinner I wore my tan Timberlands. I absolutely love this look with the heels, but I was tired and the tan boots looked cute too. Heels sometimes require effort that I just can’t give. Like I said with the sweater, the boots brought everything down a notch without killing the vibe.

Since I was getting ~fancy~, I actually did my makeup (I know I’m shocked too) and straightened my hair! I forget how much I love getting all dolled up until I get myself to do it.

I’m so excited for all the fun things I have coming up for you all. Make sure you stay tuned so you don’t miss a beat!

As you all know, I love a good bodysuit. I wore my leotard with my lighter leggings for a trip to Target! This was back when I didn’t need a jacket. I miss the warmer weather already. Fall is my favorite season, but it got cold so quickly I feel like I got cheated! I wore this blue flannel that I very rarely wear. The color is so beautiful that the dark side of me gets intimidated. But I should definitely show it more love.

I wore my hair in a pony to get it the heck out of my face, and my classic black Converse. I also wore these really cool sunglasses from Spitfire! They’re edgy and different, which I’m always a fan of. I topped it all off with Royal Revolution, yet another superb scent from Fragrance Goddess Katy Perry.

six things you should know about menstrual cups

KristenComment

Hello, my loves! This is something I’ve been wanting to post for a while and never got around to. But I’m so excited to talk to you guys about all the benefits of using a menstrual cup! Before I started using one, everyone would rave about how amazing they were and swore that they would never go back to using tampons and pads. Now, I’m one of those people. I get so excited when people ask me about menstrual cups! To be honest, when I first heard of them, I thought they were so gross. I eventually learned more about them and decided that they were right for me. Read on if you’re on the fence about giving menstrual cups a try, or even if you’re just curious!

Menstrual cups are silicone cups that are inserted in the vagina, like a tampon, during someone’s menstrual cycle. Unlike tampons, which absorb your blood during your cycle, menstrual cups collect your blood. They should be emptied every twelve hours. I’m not a medical professional or expert on menstrual cups; this is all based off my personal experiences, talking to others, and online research! Be sure to click on the hyperlinks throughout this post for more information and sources.

  1. Not All Are Created Equal

The Lena Cup was not the first menstrual cup I tried! I started out with the Diva Cup, which I liked, but it was a little too long for me. It may take a few tries before you find a menstrual cup that works for you and your body. I checked out this amazing, detailed chart of almost every menstrual cup on the market and their measurements before deciding to buy the Lena. I recommend consulting this chart if you’re looking to buy a menstrual cup for the first time, but you’ll definitely find it more helpful when you’ve already used one or some and have a better idea of what you need. The same website also has a quiz that recommends the best menstrual cup for you, that I just took now! I found it pretty fun because I love quizzes, and if I ever decide to switch cup brands I’ll definitely keep them in mind.

I’d also recommend asking friends who have tried menstrual cups about brands they’re a fan of, and reading reviews of different cups online. Reading Lena’s product reviews on Amazon was what really sealed the deal for me, and I haven’t been disappointed!

2. It’s a Little Gross, but Not for Long

When some people learn about the insertion and removal/emptying process with a menstrual cup, they’re understandably a little freaked out. Lena puts it nicely here, with some awesome diagrams that really help beginners. The way I see it, this is something my body does as naturally as sweating and peeing, and I shouldn’t really be afraid of something I’m producing. The blood you dump from your cup is the same blood that you’d see in a tampon or pad. Even if you’re squeamish, I’m sure you’ll get used to it.

3.  You Get to Know Your Cycle

Another thing I really love about menstrual cups is how much I know my cycle now. When you wear tampons and pads, it’s hard to see exactly how much you’re bleeding, but the menstrual cup makes it very straight forward. If you’re bleeding more than usual, you can go to your gynecologist and figure things out as soon as you notice that there’s more blood in your cup.

One worry a lot of people seem to have about menstrual cups is that they won’t hold enough blood. The average person loses a bit more than 60mL of blood during their entire menstrual cycle, and most menstrual cups hold 30mL-50mL. Though you can wear the cups for up to twelve hours at a time (which I’ll get into later), you’ll eventually get used to how your body works with the cup and find an emptying schedule that works for you.

4. They’re Great if You’re Sensitive

Pads and tampons are made with a lot of synthetic stuff that you probably don’t want near your vagina. Most menstrual cups are made with a single material, usually silicone, that’s probably still synthetic, but less harmful for your body. My Lena cup is made of 100% medical-grade silicone that’s typically used for human implantation, aka, something that’s definitely safe to sit in your body for a bit. Lena also makes a Sensitive cup, which I have and love!

5. They Save You a Lot of Money

We all know that tampons and pads can get expensive, especially if you’re a heavy bleeder or have longer periods. While the initial price of a menstrual cup is a little steep, it’s nothing compared to how much money you’ll save on tampons and pads, in my opinion. I still keep them around in case of emergency, but it’s really nice knowing that if I’m wearing my menstrual cup in public and I need to empty it, I’m definitely covered with what I already have.

They also last for a nice amount of time. The shelf lives of all menstrual cups are different depending on the brand and how they’re used, but they usually last for about two to four years. Of course, you should be cleaning your cup whenever you empty it and giving it a deep clean in between cycles. Lena has another wonderful guide on cleaning here.

Additionally, since menstrual cups are reusable, you won’t be throwing out tampons and pads, and you’ll be helping the environment! We love a good environmental impact and an empty bathroom garbage can.

6. You Can Wear Them for Up to Twelve Hours

My favorite thing about menstrual cups is that you can wear them for up to twelve hours. Twelve! This is a big reason why my period has become so much less of a hassle since I switched to menstrual cups. I’ll usually put my cup in at 9:00am and I won’t have to worry about it until I get home at 9:00pm. I never have to empty it in public bathrooms, which I have done before and isn’t the worst thing, but why do that when you can time it as best as you can and be more comfortable in your own bathroom? You can even wear your cup to sleep!

As with anything you’re putting in your vagina (we’re looking at you, vagina crystals), there’s a risk for Toxic Shock Syndrome, or TSS, if you leave it in for too long. Symptoms for TSS, according to Lena’s website, include “sudden high fever, diarrhea, vomiting, sunburn-like rash, fainting or blacking out.” If you have any of these while you have your menstrual cup in, go straight to the hospital! If you’re forgetful, set alarms to remind yourself when to empty your cup.

If menstrual cups are intriguing to you but you’re not sold yet, consider giving SoftDiscs a try! They’re similar to menstrual cups in that they last for twelve hours, but they’re unfortunately not reusable. Also remember that there’s nothing wrong with using a tampon, pad, period underwear, or nothing at all. This is just my new favorite method, and I wanted to share it with you all! If you have any more questions about menstrual cups, you can Google your life away, speak to a medical professional, talk to friends who use menstrual cups, or slide into my DMs!

Let me know what brand of menstrual cup you use in the comments!

My camera is also currently malfunctioning, so you guys get some old-fashioned iPhone photos for a bit.

Here’s a look I wore a little while ago that I really loved. I felt like I was heading to a ballet class, and it made me really miss my dance days. I’m not sure if I’ve ever talked about it here, but dance was literally my entire life for about twelve years. I took dance as a class in high school, and I did Kickline and Cheer on and off until last year too. I really miss it :(

To be filed in the Things I Never Wear But Love When I Do folder, my leotard! I always talk about how much I love my bodysuits, so I’ve been trying to wear them more, but I haven’t taken this cutie out for a spin in a while. She’s a little ~cheeky~ because the leg holes (??? you know what I mean) are kinda high, so my hipbones peek out a bit over my lighter leggings.

It wouldn’t be a Clunkster bodysuit look without some form of outerwear. Of course, I went with one of my many grey sweaters. I absolutely love the silhouette of this lighter one. It’s so comfortable and looks great with the leotard and leggings. And, of course, it’s very ballerina-esque.

I wore my insanely comfy moccasins, which I also don’t wear enough. My feet have been killing me lately from walking all over the city in my Converse. I threw my hair in a bun in true prima ballerina fashion, left my face bare, and called it an extremely comfy day.

Do you dance? What kind do you do? Let me know in the comments!

Happy Thursday! I’m so sorry I haven’t posted lately, sometimes I need to remember that I’m a student first and I need to get my shit done. My classes are pretty demanding this semester, but I know I’ll get on top of things and back to posting on a regular schedule eventually!

Here’s a cute little look featuring one of my favorite shirts. My sorority (did you guys know I’m in a sorority? I know I never mention it) did a walk for the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation a couple years back, and we sold these adorable shirts to fundraise. The back has a big compass that says “Gamma will show you the way.” Hella cute, I love my sisters :’) I cut mine into a tank top because I’m ~hip and cool~, but for real, I really love the way I cut it. This tank is super light and looks great with my black bralette.

In fact, all of the black accessories in this look played off each other really well. My black shorts and black Converse really stood out. My hair was wavy and summery, and I didn’t wear makeup because heat. I wore my wood sunglasses (RIP) and Katy Perry’s INDI! I’m so excited to get her newest fragrance, INDIvisible! You guys will definitely be hearing about it, so stay tuned.

Would you guys like to see some perfume reviews in the future? Let me know in the comments!

Hey hey hey! I know I’ve only mentioned it about a thousand times, but can you believe it’s already Recruitment season?! I met some of the amazing girls that want to join my family last night and got so much more excited than I already was. I still can’t believe our idea three years ago turned into this :’)

This is our Recruitment shirt from Spring 2017! It’s my personal favorite of our Recruitment shirts. I love the unique cut that helps us ~stand out~. I wore this top with my bralette, and to be honest, I don’t think I’ve ever not worn my bralette with this top. I don’t know what else I’d wear. Maybe a gold bralette? I don’t really want one?

I wore my black shorts and black Converse (is black your favorite color or something?) and let my hair down for the day. I wore Katy Perry’s Killer Queen perfume that smells as beautiful as it looks, and my wood sunglasses that broke the other day and I am SO SAD let’s not talk about it.

Are you rushing a sorority this semester? Let me know in the comments!
