Egyptian Boho Princess?

KristenComment

Top. Shorts. Sweater (no clue I'm sorry). Sandals.

Hello hello! I’m back with another look. This one has boho and Egyptian influences, which I really like and try to incorporate into my outfits every now and then. Thankfully, I got these new sandals, which are absolutely adorable. I try to wear them as often as I can because they’re so adorable. They remind me of Cleopatra.

Anyway, I wore my black sweater crop top thing that looks super dirty in this photo, and my green shorts. For some reason, everyone loves the color of them. I pulled it all together with my beige sweater, one of my favorites.

Everything else was relatively normal, except my wet hair, which I threw in a messy bun. Overall, I really like this look! I’m gonna miss wearing clothes like this when it starts to get cold again.

Sorority Sunday!

Shirt. Leggings (similar). Moccasins. Sunglasses (similar).

IT’S SORORITY SUNDAY! From a couple weeks ago, hence the old setting. I brought back my Star Wars shirt, but this time, I wore it with my long leggings. I didn't know how good it would look since those leggings have the colored band, but it was actually fine!

I don't think I've ever posted my moccasins on here. They're the most comfortable things EVER and I wear them as often as I can. Since I wanted to be comfy, I wore them!

Unlike my usually Sorority Sunday looks, I did wear makeup. My jewelry was normal, and I threw my hair in a bun because I’m lazy and my hair was a mess.

I really love this look! Stay tuned for more srat merch on The Clunkster.

Simple Vibes

Shirt. Skirt (different color). Sneakers. Sunglasses (similar).

Today’s look is relatively simple, which has been a more recent development for me. I think simplicity is something I would like to work towards a bit more, because I enjoy it when I dress simply!

I started off with my cute little denim skirt that I'm in love with, as you all know. In the past, I've only worn this skirt with black shirts. Today, I decided to get a little lighter and go with a white shirt. This plain white tee is tight, unlike my baggy-ish other ones. I really liked the way this looked!

This look got a little matchy, but in a good way. My skirt always happens to look better with white Converse, and now my Converse matched my shirt!

My hair was wavy/curly today, which I really loved with this look. My makeup was normal (I did use new mascara… I'll get to that another time!), as well as my jewelry, except for my necklace. My favorite elephant necklace was tangled, but one of my sorority sisters just untangled it for me, so I decided to re-Christen it today. I love this necklace because you can adjust the length, so I made it the shortest setting and it looks perfect with the V-neck! I also changed up my Pura Vidas, which I haven't done in a while: black for fun, and blue for the skirt.

Wearing this skirt always makes me twenty times happier to be alive, and that's why I love fashion.

Cruelty-Free Primer!

Beauty, Beauty Review, Cruelty-FreeKristenComment

Okay, I really am sorry this time for not keeping up with my posting schedule. Like, I’m always sorry, but I’m like super super sorry. Things have just been very crazy over here. Today, I have a fun review about primers!

What I Was Using: Maybelline FaceStudio Master Prime: Blur and Illuminate

What I'm Using Now: e.l.f. Poreless Face Primer

Primer was something that I discovered a little late in the makeup game, but it's also something that I couldn't imagine doing my makeup without. For those of you who don't know, primer is the first thing you should put on your face before you do your makeup. Usually, it evens out your skin and makes makeup ten times easier to go on. It also makes your makeup last longer since it sticks to something other than just your face!

I started off with my Maybelline primer, which worked well! However, I ran out and I am still working on that cruelty-free transition. So, I tested out e.l.f’s Poreless Face Primer, and I love it so much. My old primer was a little more oily, while this one is more creamy. This one also smells amazing. It also dries very quickly.

Since I’ve gone cruelty-free, I definitely feel better about my makeup choices. They’re definitely of a higher quality than my older products. I have a lot more of these reviews coming soon, so make sure you check back as often as you can!

Shirt. Shorts. Jacket (similar). Sneakers. Sunglasses (similar).

Oh, Jesus. I am so sorry, you guys. I’ve gone completely off the grid. You see, college is very fun, especially when you’re involved in so much on campus. Unfortunately, that sometimes means you have to sacrifice other things, such as sleeping, eating, and blogging. On top of this transition being relatively sudden, my computer also decided to crap out, making it ten times more difficult to upload photos. Thankfully, I found a loophole, and I will hopefully be back on a decent posting schedule soon.

Today’s look was one of my favorites, and I kinda pulled it together by accident! I wore the shorts during the day, but I wanted to change my shirt, so I wore my Tilly’s boy shirt. I tucked it in because why not and it actually looked super cute! Since it was a bit chilly outside and I didn’t plan on bringing a bag, I wore this cute jacket that also has pockets. I love this jacket so much. Then, I finished everything with black Converse to go with my darker tones.

The cute little bow to pull this look together would be my high messy bun. I think it ties the different levels together really well. Here I go again with levels…

Otherwise, my jewelry was normal. This was relatively simple, but I really like it. I think I love my looks more when I think about them less.

For the record, my room doesn’t look like this anymore. This photo was taken a while ago, when I still wasn’t completely set up. I still have a few finishing touches, but it looks super cute now.
