Sweater (no longer being sold at The Gap).

Shirt (no longer being sold at dELiA*s). Shorts. Converse. Bandeau. Sunglasses (similar).

I'm really into today’s look. This was one that was sorta thrown together. I started with my black shorts, and I wasn't sure which shirt to pick. This cute cut-out crop top ended up on top of my unpacked pile of clothes, and it looked cute! I wore a black bandeau with it to match the shorts. I wore my white Converse to match the shirt!

Since it’s been just a bit chilly in Boston lately, I wore this cute sweater that I later left at my friend’s apartment. Once again, I played with lots and lots of levels.

This look was topped off by some regular makeup and straight hair, as well as normal jewelry. It was then followed by an extremely short post since I didn't put a ton of thought into this look.

New Year New Room!

Shirt. Shorts. Sneakers. Hat. Jacket (similar).

Hello hello! In addition to another look I’ve got for y’all today, I also have a change of scenery! Yay! This is my new room that isn’t completely set up yet. I have so much to do at school so it’s difficult to actually get my shit together. Baby steps!

I've got another look for you guys today that's relatively simple, but super cute. I started off with my black shorts and a white T shirt, since we all know, you can never go wrong with a plain white T. I tucked it in because when do I not? I thought it looked really cute. I love the straight tucked in look, but I also love leaving a bit of slouchy fabric as well.

Next, I added my white Converse so the colors were like a little sandwich. Since it’s been a little bit chilly in Boston, I threw on my favorite varsity jacket that matched my neutral vibes, and tied it all together with my bright pink Send Help hat, once again. It adds a really cool pop of color, like it did with my little black dress and kimono outfit.

Also, I wore my rounded sunglasses, but I forgot to put them in the photo, which makes me sad, but I'm getting through it I promise.

My jewelry, hair, and makeup were normal! Maybe I'd wear this with a choker if I wore it again. This look made me feel super cute and bubbly.

Move In!!!

Outfit of the Day, StyleKristenComment

Shirt (no longer being sold at Target). Tank (basic, you can get it anywhere). Leggings (similar). Converse.

Wow! Well, I have had the craziest weekend. As if moving back to college wasn't enough, work put me on for some weird hours AND I was sick. So balancing all that was really fun, and honestly, clunking fell to the side, so I'm sorry about that!

Now that I'm back at college, things will definitely be changing here. You'll be seeing some different photos and different styles, but it will probably be less, unfortunately, until I figure out exactly what I'm doing. So bear with me for a bit!

Today’s move-in look is something that's kinda girl-next-door-y. It's based around one of my favorite shirts! I got this a few years ago in Target… in the little boys’ section. This was my first gender-bendy purchase! It's very close to my heart. I like boy flannels better for so many reasons that we will go into at another time.

When I wear this shirt, I wear it with my basic tank. It makes my boobs look good hehe. Today, I wore these leggings since they’re super comfy for traveling. And they make my butt look good! It's a win-win. Usually, I wear this shirt with black Converse, but I've been feeling those white Converse vibes lately.

My jewelry was normal, as was my hair and makeup, which I did in the car, but I am not wearing in this iPhone selfie. I had already packed my camera. I've got a lot of product reviews coming your way as well. Things are gonna be a bit shaken up. Time for a roller coaster.

Black Black Black

Tank (no longer being sold through Halsey’s store). Shorts. Sneakers. Sunglasses (similar). Bralette.

Guess what?! I’m still sick! But, I did go out to the bank for half a second. So, I decided to look at least a little cute. I started off with my Badlands tank that I got from the Halsey concert since I haven’t worn it yet. Then, I threw on my black high-waisted shorts because they were clean. I tucked in the back, but left the front a little bit loose. I wanted to stick with the black theme, so I wore my black Converse.

As far as jewelry goes, I kept things normal, except for my black choker since it went with my aesthetic. My hair was frizzy and messy, and I didn’t wear makeup because clunk that.

I told you guys: every now and then I don’t put thought into my outfit. I just put clothes on. And that was today.

The Spatty!

Beauty, Beauty ReviewKristenComment

Remember yesterday I talked about that new product I would be talking about? I'm talking about it today since I didn't get dressed! It's called the Spatty.

I first saw this product on Shark Tank, one of my favorite shows. I'd always wanted to try it! I finally found it in Bed, Bath, and Beyond, so I totally had to buy it.

Basically, this little contraption that looks like a cake icer is made to dive into the bottoms of bottles to scoop up excess product. This specific type is made for cosmetics. I decided to use it on the bottom of my foundation.

So, while getting ready the other morning, I dipped my Spatty into my foundation and a whole lot came out! First, I applied the product

directly to my face using the Spatty as a tool, then brushed it onto my face. That worked pretty well. Then, I used the Spatty to put it on my hand, then dipped my brush on that like I would usually do. That worked pretty well too. What worked the best I think was when I applied the product from the Spatty directly onto my brush.

I ended up doing my entire face with makeup I found from this Spatty. And there's so much more in the bottle! I'm about to save so much money with this thing. I'm actually amazed. The only product I wasted was when I put too much on the Spatty and had to wipe it off on a tissue, but still.

The Spatty Daddy also came in the pack, which is a larger version of what I used. It's for things like shampoo bottles, but I haven't found a need for it yet. In fact, I probably won't be using shampoo bottles much longer. Stay tuned for another product review to see what I mean!
